I definitely needed to get the official certified mold testing. Zach was our tester and the utmost professional even called to say he had a cancellation and got here much earlier! When he got here he explained everything he was doing, and told me when the results would be. He was friendly, prompt, and paid attention to detail, and made sure to hear my story and look where I knew there was smell, and growth. He documented everything with photos in addition to the test. I got the most thorough report from the lab by the end of the same day! Next day I had my review with Paul and he was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable,and informative.Both Paul and Zach really took time to answer all my questions and listen.
