Paul at Mold Testers 561, was quick to respond to our need for mold testing in my Mom’s apartment. He arrived within 24 hours of our initial contact, and was thorough and detailed in his search for mold in every room, closet, AC vents, cabinets and walls. He took 3 samples, 2 inside and 1 outside, explaining the need for each, and pricing seemed fair. We received our lab results within 24 hours, and had a follow-up phone call that same day to go over the results, providing a game plan for our issues. I definitely recommend Mold Testers 561 for any official testing. At my apt I had mold regrowth only a few months after getting the HVAC cleaned and painted on my  own dime in the unit I rent. I definitely needed to get the official certified mold testing. Zach was our tester and the utmost professional even called to say he had a cancellation and got here much earlier! When he got here he explained everything he was doing, and told me when the results would be. He was friendly, prompt, and paid attention to detail, and made sure to hear my story and look where I knew there was smell, and growth. He documented everything with photos in addition to the test. I got the most thorough report from the lab by the end of the same day! Next day I had my review with Paul and he was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable,and informative.Both Paul and Zach really took time to answer all my questions and listen.
